Quality Standard & Returns (Natural Marble & Handmade Craft)
Natural stone and hand finishing mean each piece will have its own character. The following are considered normal and are NOT defects:
• Natural veining, color variations, mineral lines
• Tiny pits/pores, subtle texture differences
• Small hand-finished marks on edges or surface (not affecting structure)
• Slight asymmetry within handmade tolerance
What IS considered a defect:
• Cracks, major chips, unstable structure
• Loose mirror / unusable function
• Wrong item received
Damage Protection (Transit Damage)
We pack every piece with reinforced protection. If your item arrives damaged:
1) Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
2) Send photos of the outer box + inner packaging + the damage (video is helpful)
We will offer a free replacement (if available) or a full refund.
In most cases, returning broken pieces is not required.
Returns & Exchanges
Because this is a handmade natural-stone item, we do not accept returns for:
• “Not perfect”, minor stone characteristics, or natural variations
• Change of mind / personal preference
We do accept returns/exchanges for:
• Transit damage (see Damage Protection)
• Wrong item received
• Significant functional defect (as defined above)
